Each therapist is an independent practitioner, and sets their own rates. We are all private pay clinicians, as we choose to determine the best course of therapy for our clients and not be limited by insurance
companies.
Our rates are typically $120 to $150 for a 50 minute session. Initial assessment sessions are more, and range from $150 to $225 per clinician. Contact each therapist individually to learn their rates and fees.
We do not accept insurance, and we do not file your insurance claims for you. We will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement. We offer no guarantees if your insurance company will cover your therapy. We choose to not have an insurance company dictate the type or quality of treatment that we provide our clients.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, as well as Flex Spending or HSA cards.
We are happy to discuss this with you over the phone as well as what your fees will be.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my insurance will reimburse for therapy services? How do I find a therapist that takes my insurance?
*We are not insurance companies, and can never guarantee if your insurance WILL reimburse you, as there are many factors, but know it can be so hard to navigate understanding of this.
Things to ask your insurance company:
Call the number on your insurance card and ask them the following questions:
What are my mental health benefits?
What are my in-network benefits, and what are my out of network benefits?
If you have out-of-network benefits, ask them how much your deductible is before they begin reimbursement for services? (*Our clinicians are all out of network clinicians.)
Some insurance plans have a high deductible, which means you have to meet that before services are reimbursed. Still, it is worth asking. Many clients report wanting to use insurance, but it won’t kick in until after a high deductible so they choose to see who they want.
You can also ask them for names of therapists in your area that are covered by your insurance, if you
have mental health benefits they can provide you with their list of providers to contact.
