Meet Tracy

Tracy is a wife and a mother of three who appreciates the importance of relationships.
She enjoys working with children, teens, families, and couples. Everyone eventually faces
problems they need help with, and Tracy loves providing a safe place to work through life’s
difficulties.
She has a natural way of coming alongside people, equipping families to grow and
heal from difficult events so they can connect with those they love. Using an attachment
approach, Tracy helps bring families and couples closer together and helps individuals
strengthen their capacity for the things important to them. She has experience working with
trauma-healing, specifically using EMDR as a modality of healing for adults and children.
She also has experience using Theraplay and play therapy to help children bond and heal.
Tracy received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri Kansas
City in 1997 and graduated with her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from
Friends University in 2003. She is a Clinically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a
Licensed Counselor.
In addition to years of experience, Tracy has pursued advanced training’ in
Play Therapy, EMDR, Attachment Therapy (DDP), and TheraplayⓇ as well as Emotionally
